3PE coating steel pipe

3PE coating steel pipe can be used in transferring natural gas, crude oil，refined oil product and water over long distance.

PE anti-corrosion pipe three-tier structure:

• the first layer of epoxy powder (FBE>100um),
• the second layer adhesive (AD) 170-250um
• the third layer of polyethylene (PE) 2.5-3.7mm.

Packing

• Plastic plugs in both ends,
• Hexagonal bundles of max. 2,000kg with several steel strips,
• Two tags on each bundle,
• Wrapped in waterproof paper,
• PVC sleeve, and sackcloth with several steel strips, Plastic caps.
